Notice Name Navigate is the first book in the Blooming Petals series. Little chipmunk, Nutmeg, experiences a lot of different emotions - but what do they all mean? While strawberry picking, Nutmeg gets upset that Ivy is not picking the strawberries correctly.

Boasting about her picking skills and speed, Ivy receives praise and encouragement from Lola and Copa. Nutmeg silently gets more upset until her emotions overflow, and a squabble ensues. Soon, Lola sits them both down, and together they explore the meaning of emotional intelligence.

Explore, with Ivy and Nutmeg, what it means to be curious about your emotions, understand your emotions, and accept your emotions. Blooming Petals is a six-book series centred on evidence-based research in positive psychology. The series is rooted in acceptance, connection and sustained growth of the caregiver-child relationship.

Useful for parents, educators, caregivers, and counsellors, looking to offer a gentle, connected experience from which to grow and flourish.
