Catharse-is - Steven Ogg

nWith Catharse-is, Steven Ogg has created an Ogg-mented reality of many cathartic moments we experience in life. In sharing these, Ogg believes it can help us feel less alone and begin the healing process as it did for him throughout this journey. Marcel Proust wrote that, ideas come to us as the successors to griefs, and griefs, at the moment when they change into ideas, lose some part of their power to injure the heart. Ogg hopes that this book provides the opportunity to support us all in moving forward with hope and a little less pain in our hearts. Read aloud for further enjoyment.n
