Before You Fire Them: A Practical Guide to Understanding Your Autistic Employee's Traits, Intentions, and Communication Style - Jaime A. Heidel

nAre you a supervisor, manager, or human resources professional experiencing frequent conflict with your autistic employees? These frustrating incidents are caused not by insubordination but by miscommunication between two distinct brain types.n nn nNeurotypical (non-autistic) people think, learn, and communicate one way, while autistic people think, learn, and communicate in another.
