Unlock God''s power to elevate your position with Stepping Up! by Lakewood Church pastor Johnny McGowan. Beloved Lakewood Pastor Johnny McGowan offers personal insights and biblical wisdom to help us reach our God-given potential. Exploring what he has learned on his own path of service, first as the aide to Lakewood founder John Osteen, and now to Lakewood lead pastor Joel Osteen, he shares the importance of embracing our current position.

Where we serve today could be where tomorrow we lead. God''s plan for his children is greater than we can imagine. By fully committing ourselves to his guidance right from where we are, instead of focusing on self-advancement, He will open doors where our gifts can be used in the most wonderful ways.

Throughout his experience, Pastor Johnny has embraced his role of service, being strongly compelled that God wanted him where he was: part of a movement that was larger than himself. He learned to truly rise in his supporting role and has flourished with purpose as a result. N
