Big Cherry Holler

It's been eight years since town pharmacist and self-proclaimed spinster Ave Maria Mulligan married Jack McChesney. Now they have a beautiful daughter, but for some reason Jack has never seemed so distant. In the old stone house nestled in the mountains, there's an empty room where their son once slept, and a sadness that neither Ave nor Jack can discuss. But in Big Stone Gap itself, change is in the air, and not everyone feels it's for the good. As Ave makes big decisions about the future of her family, will she and her husband be able to find their way back to each other before it's too late?
